Don't blame me
but I come to the office
for the free cups of tea,
I'm such a penny-pinching fool
I value the cups as if they were sold
at Capital Hill cafes so cool.
I will remind myself
of the cents and dollars I have saved
getting drinks I'd never by myself have paid;
Oh and earlier this week
I found an unused little room
That I have declared to be my office
It has no windows, and screens it has none
but the floor is empty and quiet,
so I get get my work done!
