Need to get back to my fermentation projects

• Chhyang was overbrewed but still tastes good
• The viet sauce went bad
• Great times with Kombucha, but no new batch
• Lacking proper fermentation vessel
• Milk befir was too much work for separation
• Water Kefir fizzling out
• Fall is the perfect time, weather& motivation-wise
• Will start after place is cleaned up
