In form of yucky tablets once every day or every other day, so you're on top your health. Though apparently that's not how it works and there's some bs about bio-availability they're starting to talk about. That's all science nerdy hard-work crap, just be yourself eat what you want and a tablet or two a day keeps health ailments away, at least until you mess up the dosage because no one has properly calibrated those according to body mass etc, and it's not even clear if there are harmful effects. Additionally, while the compounds may be chemically similar, it's unclear how the absorption is affected by catalysts and other friendly chemicals co-occurring with those vitamins. One apple a day may keep the doctor away but you can't say anything about ten pills a day because not enough repeated research has verified anything. Even though almost-reputable sources will tell you it's fine just go ahead chump don't be too shy. We don't know, and it's unclear if going in blind is the safe option. Capitalism. First it takes away your nutritious food, then sells you nutrition tablets without actually verifying they work.
