This will be a short one, because why not.
So when I first moved to CapHill I was all alone in here, Sb being the closest to me at 15-min walking distance. Everything else was perfect, the convenience and the location and the light, the price, all of it. But the friends were far away. Now Sk has moved to the next block and Aks has moved across the park from me so it's all one small neighborhood now.
And all because of me! If I"d gone somewhere else I bet those folks woulda' been there too, at UD, for example. But it was here, and I created this community around CapHill what a pleasure.
