War is stressful for even those not at all affected by it directly

 Of course it's the people in Ukraine and Russia that are suffering, and the soldiers and the foreign nationals stuck int here yadda yadda yadda, but the spectre of a bigger war hanging over mainland Europe potentially disrupting trade and freedom and global liberal order is scary, I've been unable to sleep well in the last several weeks, ever since the war started.

It's not just me, talked to coworkers and friends who cannot sleep either and it's turning into a pretty big deal at this point And of course we have nothing to do with the war, not affected in any way immediately but the fear of the unknown is...troublesome.

There's not much to say on this topic except perhaps this is going to get much larger overage in the media as things progress.
