I sleep better when I've had big dinner

Note for future me: I'm writing all of this in late-November because I feel bad about not writing a thing during my VA trip.

Obvious in hindsight, but every evening I've had a nice big dinner, I've slept extraordinarily well, high marks in the zepp app, feeling fresh tomorrow. And the days I haven't eaten well, there's always up and down with the cycle. I remember my sleep being awful couple of months ago, now I'm thinking it was either due to the warmth or the hunger not letting me sleep well.
