Solid morning breakfast, picked up on car, drive to Olympic Mountains, foggy world, chill hike, snacks, invisible walk, tiring hurried drive back, Kanak Indian restaurant, I pig out [Fri 10]

Had a solid breakfast in the morning, did some work, bailed out early from work for Olympic national park. I and M came to pick me up, and we drove over to the park.

After a couple of confusing turns, where google directed us into the sea we figured out the directions to the park. I napped for a little bit, but it was fun talking to I after such a long time, and getting to know M as well, he likes Rock music.

Drive up the Olympic mountain was fun interesting because it was so foggy you had barely a couple of dozen meters of visibility. On the way though we had tonnes of snacks, nuts and chips and candies and energy bars, not too bad.

Headed out for the easiest hike, discovered early on that the entire hike was fully paved. I and M spent a long long time taking photos, I powerwalked to the top and waited for them for a while. There was cellphone adoption on top, it was wild that we were above the clouds so one could have videochatted around the clouds! The downside of that was we didn't see too many faraway mountains, the sea, and canada, which we would otherwise have.

Walked back really quick, the first 45 minutes of our ride back was wild because the visibility had gone down to a few meters and it went on and on and on. We were so tired with all the walking and driving and figuring things out.

Also I was worried about the dinner because Sb was to take us out for dinner and it was possible I was not going to make it. I however made it on time, at 9, when they'd gone in at 8.30. We went to Kanak Indian restaurant, and the vegetarian curry I had with naan and rice was yummy. I was so tired and hungry, I ate for two, maybe three people.

Too tired to write or anything, I wasted time and went to sleep.
