I got the massive premium bag of veggies from Costco several weeks ago and it's worked like magic to me. The frozen veggies are awesome to add to curries, fried rice, anything I'm pressure cooking, and to the air fryer, to be eaten roasted and on their own. Have had not-great opinion of the frozen veggies but my view towards them has turned around now! So much so that I've not bought fresh vegetables recently as I gotta finish the frozen once or else the fresh ones will go bad before.
This is amazing, we need more frozen veggies!
