A really boring topic

At least some things said by close friends and family are bound to be true, in which case one could see themselves as a purposeless rudderless buffon uncertain of what they want and where they want to be (and we're not speaking geographic where because some of us do know that generally) and actually use that flailing to feel bad about themselves. You can only be lost if you know or care where you're going, without it you're just in her another new neighborhood.

Add to the mix a self-defearing habit of questioning one's judgements over and ove, a historical tendency of some serious risk aversion, and a track record of unfounded overconfidence in the knowledge of the workings of the world and things could be looking not good. Imagine a man desperately lost in a a desert asking themself, what now. That's your guy.

Lame and tame as it may sound, writing a manifest of sorts stating recalibrating one's goals and direction in life may prove to be quite useful generally. Not in the strict follow-the-rules sense but in the rules-that-will-be-broken given the right circumstances sense.

In any case. F. What now?
