Not.enough.sleep.

Haven't had proper sleep for the past many weeks, mood has been very severely negatively affected, ability to process information, stay awake during important meetings creativity etcetera have all been hurt. Motivation has taken a big hit too. Feel like a zombie sometime. Funny thing, despite having insufficient sleep, still cant get to sleep properly. And my eye has been twitching like crazy. Not good. Not good at all. Need to figure out a solution for this, stat. Stat means as soon as possible so that's that. For the next two weeks, will make food and sleep the top priority, above writing and discipline. Only a well-rested and well-fed me can have the emotional energy to do things.
