I'll start using more I had Kadhi curry, basically yogurt and whatever herbs and spices were available to go with it, and jackfruit curry, the day before yesterday at ED's. It was then that I realised despite being in my early thirties, my repertoire of Nepali cuisine is quite limited. even in the 'simple' and 'quick and easy to cook' categories.
Which is a really long way of saying I loved both 0h so much and would like to replicate the outcome of that yummy culinary experiment at my place as well. To summarize, I want more of Kadhi and jackfruit in my diet, and I'll take whatever provides the best value of return tradeoffs than everything else was offering.
