I listen to exclusively food and comedy podcasts. The very few ones that are not either (ridiculous history) have elements of comedy too. I'm considering expanding my repertoire, so have added a couple if low-key lesser known podcasts. The one I'm listening to right now is called twenty thousand Hertz, a podcast on sounds. It's actually really great and makes me thankful for podcasts, where anyone can produce content for any specific niches. Ironic as it may sound, with everything else happening in the media world, this could be the golden age of 'radio'.
