Lack of sleep

Haven't been able to sleep well for the last several weeks, can't go to sleep on time no matter what and in the morning can't seem to sleep for long enough, waking up way too early despite by attempts to do the otherwise. Eye has been twitching quite a bit recently, a classic sign for me that my body's not had enough sleep. It's only a matter of days more dare I say before the lack of sleep influences my mood, appetite and energy level. Oh dear I hope I can figure out something good before then. Ye gods grant me sound sleep, a full eight hours of nice peaceful zzzs to replace this barely 6-hour of disjointed naps almost.
