I got back from Dallas exactly a week ago, and ignoring few days where I was always busy and didn't give too much time to myself, it seems I take about five days to fully recover from the disruption in my timetable and daily ritual, and start coming back to my regular form. That includes feeling good about myself, being clear on my goals and desires, where I lie with the world and where I want to be at, and the motivations and how I should be working towards my aim. Also includes cleaning washing laundry yadda yadda yadda al done in full. I call it my refractory period, I know the word's got another a little bit more sexual real world meaning, but this makes me understand how long it takes to get to where I need to be at, so whatever.
It takes me a little bit less than a week to get back to my schedule, it seems
