Six reasons Jack Donaghy is a better person than Liz Lemon

1. He believes, truly, in the American dream, that any immigrant can come to this country and make it. Liz is a lot more...racially motivated.
   
   
2. He sees Tracy Jordan as his equal and not as an illiterate child that needs to be managed.
   
   
3. Despite being in a great position of power, we only see him doing good things for the people at 30 Rock and the power never seems to get to his head. Compare that to Liz who loses it just to double her apartment space.
   
   
4. He is not just in friendly terms but one could say friends with people who work for him, including Pete and members of the writing team for TGS. Can Liz say something similar about herself?
   
   
5. He is not cynical about the business world, he is a true believer in the power of progress (TM).
   
   
6. He invests in other people, like mentoring Tracy Jordan, and Liz Lemon, and helping Jenna fix her life, etc.
