Ceiling is leaking again

So my ceiling has started leaking again, and so has the stairwell in front of my apartment. They have sent in two maintenance people to look the roof over, for naught, the hope is the next person is more competent. Before I left for Virginia, I gave them a strong and clear message that the water situation was bad, I was not going to be home to fix it, and they would need to do something ASAP. They said they'd clear up the buckets taking the drip, and I even stole the utility bucket with wheels to store more water and avoid the splattering. Told them they can come and go as they wish, as long as they fix the ceiling. Maybe that will inspire them to actually do something useful.
