It's hard but you'll change, but you have to do it every day

This is lesson I've learned many times before, also the theme of several Bojack Horseman Episodes, potentially the entire series, and this is it: doing simple things is easy at first, and then hard, but you have to keep doing it, day after day after day, and you'll change. It's hard but you'll have to keep at it, and trust the process, and when you wake up after a while you'll discover you've become a different person, you've changed from the inside, something you dismissed as being impossible because you thought you were fundamentally lazy, unproductive, useless, unable to ever make a positive change in your life. But then when you open your eyes, look at your place, your achievements and your habits, you'll notice you're not the same person you were. You've become somebody you wanted to be! Not that you'll be fully content and done with life, there'll be so much more desiring and wants but you'll appreciate that change is possible, success based on hard work and putting in the time every day is what gets you there, and then you'll have won.

Change is hard, it's possible, you have to work on it one day at a time.

Just like writing a novel happens one word/para/chapter at a time!
