Potatoes and eggs for lunch, Volunteer-Interlaken walk, sprout dal-bhat for dinner [Mon 3]

 Air-fried potatoes and fried eggs for lunch, with mustard and horseradish sauce. After work I went to volunteer and interlaken parks all by myself because A, who was staying until his departure to Nepal, didn't want to.

For dinner we had dal of sprouted beans, and bhat made of brown rice and quinoa.
