Whole new mess of a house, drive to Northgate target and shoe-shopping, chilling at home in daytime, dinner and dranks at home with old gang, beloved dal-bhat and chhyang, last hurrah [Tue 4]

Since A was packing, unpacking, getting his shit together to leave for Nepal for a couple of months, the apartment was one big mess and I didn't have the drive or motivation to write anything in this blog, because my personal space was not mine anymore.

In the morning we drove to the Northgate target to get phones and stuff for A. I found myself a comfy pair of shoes, 30 bucks wasn't too bad.

In the afternoon we chilled and napped at my place.

In the evening the rest of the gang, aka Sk ARe and ARy showed up. I cooked them air-fried potatoes, quinoa and brown rice bhat and moong sprouts dal. I won't say they loved it, but everybody did do second and third helpings, so that was a nice ole' complliment. ARy didn't eat anything because of issues, also because we went to Sk's place in the evening to see the fireworks, and hung out there for hours, they didn't want to come back.

This was also the day we finally opened up and drank the chhyang I'd made six months ago, right during new year's, precisely for this day. And it had come. So yummy!

This was the last time this gang might have been hanging out for a long while, but who knows sk says he's gonna leave but he might not, ASy is going to be in college but he'll probably be back in the hols and what not. I do need myself a new gang though.
