There's three different types of gourds in our pantry. Don't know what to do with them or their name even but I'm sure they can be baked or curried. Anything can be curried actually if you try hard enough what a great invention they came with those goddamn Brits good job. Wish I had the knowledge and skills to turn them into soups and pies and other exotic (for me anyway) treats. Squash cookie, who wants?!
