Because of the lack of free personal time for myself, I haven't gotten back to my regular schedule, which involved a good amount of time for physical workouts and cooking. As a result I'm in a pretty bad shape, feel tired and lazy and fat all the time. Hopefully once I'm done writing a bunch of posts over the next few days I can get my ass up and remind myself the true potential of a human being who trusts himself and his ability to turn life around and get my but working out like donkey kong.
