Things at work are going really well, don't know if it's surprising or if that's how it was always supposed to work.
How are things going well? Let me explain?
1. I still do little technical work, but contribute by enabling technical contribution of others.
2. I've been taking a lot more initiatives with starting new things
3. Aiming to be leading a lot of existing and new projects
4. Thinking about getting work to pay for extended education and potentially target a new master's degree, my second one.
5. Writing a lot, reaching out to new teams.
6. Searching for new opportunities for synergy between my work and other teams.
7. Looking at putting myself out of my current work position by making sure everything is systemized.
