I need to go to Chinatown [Sunday 8]

Went to bed at an undetermined period in the evening, could have been six, seven, eight who knows. Went to my room several times, got distracted, came back, annoyed football-watching roommates, talked a bunch, went back to sleep, got munchies, came back out, talked to roommates and so on and on and on, until I fell asleep. I kept repeating 'I need to go to Chinatown' every time though because that was the plan for the day -- get out of the house, see people get groceries talk to friends and family on the phone cook dinner. None of that happened since I took roommate BB's candies and slept really well but it was a confusing as hell evening. The house was full, including new roommate AL and semi-roommate I. Good evening though, a solid 8/8.5.

Talked to roommate BB for a few hours before the above. Had a bit of anxiety during the day, and no clear way to get rid of it so just talked to BB about various things.

In the morning got up reasonably early, got morning chores done and spent an embarrassingly long time making buckwheat pancakes. You definitely need eggs to hold the buckwheat pancakes together. The first one was pretty quick, the second took me almost 40 minutes to make because first I over cooked and under-cooked it at the same time, so I had to add lots of water, deconstruct the 'stones' my pancake had turned into, and cook that goopy slop back into pancakedom. It wasn't the worst pancakes I have ever had (that goes to the buckwheat pancakes I made the last time, when they were literally crispy but I ate them anyway) and with a lot of honey on top, I almost had a good time eating them. With more eggs they'll be great!

I do need to go to Chinatown at some point in the week.
