Late beginning, leftover lunch, health tracker, long walk, fruit dinner, late to bed no sleep sigh [Tue 15]

Listen I'm writing this at 11pm of the next day and in no mood to bullshit about because my sleep cycle has been fucked over the last many days i'm pissed right now at everything my eyes hurt and I don't want to do this I'm forcing myself here so if you think you're suffering because of the low-quality writing then join the club sister. And I mean that literally, there's only one person who ever reads this and it's my sister. Hashtag sad but true.

Okay so in the evening I tried going to bed at 12 couldn't sleep kept imagining amazing things related to the projects I'm working on, last I remember checking the time it was half past one and I was really tired and not at all asleep. My health tracker says I slept only for 55 minutes in deep sleep and 4 hours in medium so it wasn't so great.

I stayed up so late because I needed to catch up on the writing as i'd been delaying procrastinating everything. Got myself to do the writing my setting up timer for each post and yeah I exceeded the timer by a few minutes, mostly in the logistics of posting, it's fine as long as it pushes me to do more writing, in a more disciplined manner I'm okay with the compromise.

Spent a solid two hours perhaps on online forums reddit youtube etcetera doing all the research work on growing stuff, on brewing on cooking, most of which I'm never going to do or succeed in it's all just an excuse for me to kill time and I fell in my own trap. Did I learn something new? Maybe, a little bit, a little related to what I'm doing and want to do. Was it absolutely necessary? Not at all, my curiosity could have been more targeted and I could've looked up only when i encountered issues. It was all a ruse from my side to be lazy bum and not write.

For dinner I had my grapes, need to finish those real quick, banana, ginger syrup and several large chunks of feta cheese. Quite good really I'm impressed by how well feta goes in with fruits. And the syrup too, oh what a discovery, not as good as honey would have been but a great tool in my pocket for future quick meals.

Around six-ish, went for a serious walk, the health tracker encouraged me to walk faster since it showed me my heart rate in real time. Went from home to winter hill, walked all the way down to Maghoun square, ball square, powderhouse blvd, boston ave, underneath the bridge, and the regular way back home. It would take 45 minutes, I guessed, took me 51. Can get it down to 40 probably if I do it every day, and add 20 minutes of extra walking for an intense 1-hour walk. It was a good idea. I should follow up on that regularly.

Work was alright, showered after getting out, wrote a little bit, got my headphones all set up, and put the health tracker that I'd charged during work on.

For lunch I had the leftover rice with canned dal and bokchoy, added my regular soy sauce and seasame oil. Also cooked a very simple omelette to eat with the rice. Yum yum.

Got up late in the morning because I didn't sleep well etcetera. It was a mess so cold outside, didn't even walk in the morning.
