On La Cascia's

La Cascia's is the Italian Bakery close by where I live. It's the go-to place of ours to get any quick Italian grubs or dessert of any sort, from your nice chocolte-chip cookies to great tiramisu to lobster rolls and what not. They also make mean breakfast, lunch, and dinners.

La Cascia was what they had for lunches during nice catered meetings in college, so I've been aware of their wares for almost a decade now. I started ordering from there only since moving to the current place. Visiting friends who I've taken there for grabbing something to eat have absolutely fallen in love with it, their tiramisu still comes up in the conversations, from that one time five years ago.

Their sandwiches are legendary [see a previous post I made on their eggplant parm]. Didn't realize they had pizza by the slice until recently when roommate PK told me. What a revelation it has been.

It's easy to fall in love with one of those places and not cook or get lazy. I should keep my outings there under control.
