The mung bean dessert soup was really good!

 Even though I'm writing this four days after the previous mung-bean soup post, these happen to be one after other because...weekend. And I want to comment on it. It was just as good as I'd hoped. I added my orange peel powder to it, a cup of water before reheating it, and man that's a satisfying, cooling, exciting dessert/meal that I've stumbled into. Bit too heavy but not overwhelmingly so, and so filling and nutritious.

Good discovery that one, yet another arrow in my quiver.
