Proper sleep, getting shit done, walk around town, QFC run [Mon 8]

 Got lots of sleep felt super duper well-rested.

Had cheese-onion sandwich, the same old british creation for breakfast, I may have put in avocado slices too, yum.

Fucking finally cleared my living room, and my bedroom of all the clothing mess that had been lying about for weeks, and felt like a proper decent human being with good executive decisionmaking. Good sleep can do wonders, no surprise there.

Wrote here a bunch after work. Walked around town, down to the city, up the bridge, and back here, went to the QFC before coming back home because I needed to kill time and also get the 10k steps in. Felt good. Work was actually quite productive because I felt so good about everything.

God bread and the 'zero calorie' drink, and a mango sorbet from QFC. Had couple of spoons of the sorbet instead of the dinner because I was feeling so good about everything.

Wrote a little bit, but not enough, didn't feel guilty or anything, the world was my oyster, clearly.
