I setup my yoga mat which had arrived the day before and did a couple of workouts on it. My journey to a healthier, driven, motivated lifestyle has begun!
Work was productive though boring. I had pasta and karela ko tarkari with cheeses and other fixins as is normal for me.
Towards the end of the workday, I registered for two courses for the next semester: continuing my current class, and the 'dancing for fun' class, which is what I intend to do in life generally.
Received the hinge health device in the evening, an android tablet, tried installing headspace into it in addition to the workout app it came pre-installed with but the password has changed since I last saved it so that didn't work. No matter, it's already got the trial version of an app called 'tide' which is good enough for me. I use it to run pomodorro timer with rain sounds going on, to inspire me to write, and for workout purposes. Having separate devices seems to be the key? We'll find out!
Walked to work in the evening, got double shots of tea and walked back in the rain. Saw all those people in restaurants and cafes having fun with friends and got a bit envious as they were hanging out with so many people, but ah well...
