Mayday, mayday [Friday 1]

Worked all day long, crappy weather, chilled in the evening, heavy dinners and everything, didn't know what we were doing for the evening. Went next door, had pizza, talked to folks, watched the elements food show on netflix, two episodes actually what a great show highly recommend, it's called Cooked, it's hosted by Michael Pollan, and I realized Pollan's ideas have subtly shaped my approach to food and diet, so it felt like a great validation of my eating habits. Got home at after 11, chilled for some time, and went to bed shortly after midnight.
