Something good: sourdough crepe

Made sourdough crepe from our experimental industrial yeast-based pizza, it's nowhere as effective as a packet in terms of how quick it acts but with a 2/3-hour lag it's probably got as much rising power. And the flavor was yum, fermented dough crepe with milk sugar and salt we ate it savory with vegetables and spices chilli onion oil from TJ's too, so the simplicity and subtlety was lost but I can see how people would really enjoy.
