By now my timetable's been better than I'd hope, getting up way before work hours, and almost able to sleep at bedtime. I got up too soon and tried to go back to sleep but couldn't so distracted myself with podcasts.
Work was very slow. In the afternoon, Sb visited an apartment I was interested in Seattle on my behalf, and confirmed my feelings about the place. He heavily recommended I get the place, and I got my sights set at the place, did everything but send in the lease application.
For lunch I made some indomie noodles I'd bought at Wegmans the evening before. Added hot chilli sauce, lemon juice, bok choy, eggs and toasted sesame oil to the mix, and as always it was quite yum. Even decently cheap ramen, if done well can taste fantastic, you just need to learn to play with the flavors and the textures.
In the afternoon I went for a walk, went all the way to Porter, and then the Mass Ave. up to Pemberton farms where I bought and drank a very strange can of dark chocolate milk. Noticed many Tufts students around Davis as well.
Found this cute 'free' jewelry thing by powderhouse where somebody had put on a bunch of earrings, with a link to venmo, and asked people to send them whatever money they wanted to in exchange for taking an earring. What a nice trust based society they're building!
Walked back to discover JS and SRP in da house, got caught up with them talked a bunch. Roommate PK had made dinner, I had rice dal brocooli (undercooked, roasted) and lots of achar. The dal and achar were quite fantastic.
After dinner spent like two hours writing in these very pages. Slept at half past one, but having written a formidable amount.
