Idea on how to unwind: get out of apartment, spend time in cafes, write, work, draw

The fact of life is this: getting stuck inside one's apartment with one's laptop online all the time is not good. It's awful actually, for one's social wellbeing. One must learn to connect to the community, but also learn to take breaks and relax. How to do that exactly? Here's the gameplan:

The idea is to take 15-minute breaks every hour in the mornings. Then come 9am, do my morning rituals and stay fresh, go to the nearby cafe and write, work some more for a couple of hours. From there about 12 in the afternoon, walk all the way to the office, and sit for an hour or so 'working', being creative, writing and so forth, and get back home as work is done. Cafes are also great place to practice drawing and the art of conversation. I'm told people meet people at such places and friendships are struck. Sus, but fair, something worth trying.
