Aloo bhujia is the next great secret ingredient

This is gonna be a short one.

You know aloo bhujia, the one you can buy in Indian grocery stores that is eaten as a snack in Nepali house parties? Well it's not just a snack, it can be a great ingredient too!

For example, in chaat obviously it'll make a fantastic ingredient. But why stop there. The next time you're making chatpate or chauchau sadheko, put in a couple of handfulls of this in the end and see the crisp it adds to your dish. Or if you have thick vegetarian curries, add a handful of this as a garnish on the top, before adding the green herbs, and see how it elevates your dish.

Other things you can add aloo bhujia to really up your game: katti rolls. I know it sounds weird but just dump in a couple of spoonfulls into the wrap as the final ingredient before folding. Or burrito for that matter. Make sure it's evenly distributed across every bite though. The deep fried spicy flavor along with the crunch will give another dimension to your yums.

I did something a little wild the other day and was very pleasantly surprised by how it turned out. Inside n egg sandwich. Couple of spoons of aloo bhujia. Yeah you read that right, regular pan-toasted bread, fried eggs inside the slices, cheese, and finally some bhujia in there. It was yum. Really.

Try it and thank me people, I'm waiting.

I got all day.
