Need to reduce my intake of rice, and increase other foods, so here's the plan. I plan to eat more of the following.
- Buckwheat pancakes for lunch, with various vegetables and pickles
- Various oat and corn-based soups and congee for breakfast, with kimchi and other fermented foods
- Quinoa, mixed with rice
- Rye soup and stew (Need to buy from the mushroom supply site)
- Barley soup and stew
- Millet pancakes (Need to buy grains from the mushroom supply site)
- Sorghum soup and various recipes (Need to buy from the mushroom supply site)
- Amaranth, if I can get my hands on the damn grain! So freaking expensive!
