The grains I'll focus on to improve my health

Need to reduce my intake of rice, and increase other foods, so here's the plan. I plan to eat more of the following.

  1. Buckwheat pancakes for lunch, with various vegetables and pickles

  2. Various oat and corn-based soups and congee for breakfast, with kimchi and other fermented foods

  3. Quinoa, mixed with rice
     
  4. Rye soup and stew (Need to buy from the mushroom supply site)

  5. Barley soup and stew

  6. Millet pancakes (Need to buy grains from the mushroom supply site)

  7. Sorghum soup and various recipes (Need to buy from the mushroom supply site)

  8. Amaranth, if I can get my hands on the damn grain! So freaking expensive!
