Ahh nature! [Sunday 3]

Woke up slow and lazy, worked with PL to make breakfast which was fried momos, bread fried in butter, our huge large awesome eggs, Apples and Oranges. The apples were great because the one apple we had was so large it was enough for the three of us, and we realized the oranges were an amazing value at less than 2 bucks a pound, so we basked in the glory of having gotten a good deal at the wegmans the day before.

I worked on yeasty things figuring out our dough-yeast health it smells like bananas maybe a little like chhyang, which means that it's in good health. If I'm able to keep this for a couple of weeks, I'll have considered myself a great yeast-preserver, for particular kinds of easy to propagate baking yeasts given ideal conditions.

Chilled around checking out junk knowledge and timewasting websites till noon. The orange site is not visited as often, I don't have enough time for it because I'm mostly writing here. Sometime after noon N and I went to the field of the school nearby basked in the sun, checked out local flora and fauna mostly grass and ladybird a scary looking bee or the other insect that looks like a bee but which is like super aggressive and will attack you for no reason. We returned to get water, but decided to make lunch, and planned for a fun outing, ended up not going back to the sun.

I -- well N did most of the chopwork -- made my famous bean salad, with two beans tonnes of fresh veggies etc. Ate that with the remaining of the amazing french champagne bread, again fried in butter and chopped pieces of avocado. It was a little like roti tarkari.

Drove to the marsh with S, walked there for a couple of hours, check one of the previous posts on that. Great outing, unbelievable colors, too much contrast nature needs to tone it down or else it's a bit ridiculous.

Watched The Office after getting back, P and I ended up napping for an hour maybe more because we were apparently so tired, got up talked, N made noodles didn't want to eat ate anyway with a tonne of cheese, had the cake we'd brought from S's place many days before. It was good, juicy not too sweet not too fatty.

Should have tried going to sleep at that point but got distracted wanted to finish yesterday's quote of posts, ended up staying up till a bit after two, had a little trouble going to sleep the sleep itself was peaceful.
