What social distancing means

The other day we spent our time out in the sun, and then we had conversations about using the communal grill to cook food. And then we wondered if people would get mad at us, for being out in our area, even if it's within apartment complex grounds.

And so the question is: is it okay to have fun outside in public, while maintaining all the social distancing protocols, while spending time only with your roommates who you're already living with? That could include things like grilling, picnicking, playing games in public, and basically spending any time in a large public place. While maintaining the recommended social distancing practices, with a margin of error to go by? Is it okay legally, is it okay socially, and how do you deal with people who have complaints over it

And the answer is, yes it's okay. It's okay to have fun, spend time in the nature, take advantage of the sun and basically have a good time. Cook food, chill, etcetera. The only danger is if everyone starts doing these it'll be a problem, but use common sense. First, you do not want to catch the virus. Even if you're young and healthy. No to catching the virus. Ever. Because you don't know what's going to happen in the future, and already having compromised your lungs is not a good way to go forward.

Having fun is important for your mental health. Having good lungs is good for your long-term survival. The virus is an organism, not a radioactive particle that contaminates everything it touches for thousands of years.
