Sleep cycle all fucked-up for a while

It's been like five days since my Seattle return and sleep has been... interesting. I keep falling asleep in the early evening, getting up for an hour or two and then going back to sleep, which is classic biphasic sleep.

More recently though I've been able to push the irresistible need to nap later and later, to like
7- 7.30, which means I've been up in the middle for shorter, and then wake up super early the next morning. Honestly, I don't mind this, at all.
