Peanut butter and honey sandwich breakfast, mixed veggie noodles with eggs for lunch and dinner, lots of reading of culinary history, daylong fragrance burning, 100 posts posted, houseclean [Fri 5]

Since I was lacking in basically any supplies but the bread in the freezer that I had smartly kept and shin ramyun packets, plus the three eggs that just happened to have expired two days previously, that's what ate for the day. Breakfast was of peanut butter and honey sandwiches on brown bread, toasted in the airfryer.

Lunch was of Shin ramyun with basically all the edible veggies in freezer dumped in plus eggs. One response: never ever freeze dhaniya, and never boil dhaniya that's been frozen before. Yuck. Terrible terrible texture.

Since the apartment smelled so very bad due to the whole wetness and unlived situation, I burned many incense sticks, alighted the scented candles, and fussed around with essential oils. Also opened windows and did everything I could consider to make the place more livable.

Read a lot of KT Achaya's Culinary history of India, wrote a bit, and posted 100 articles that should have gone in December. By the way, a hundred posts a day is the upper limit for Blogger, so that was pretty hardcore.

Didn't go on a walk because I was working around the house and writing and reading. It was a busy day.
