Sweet oats for brunch, plant care and hydroponics over-achievement, too much of ugly pothos, volunteer-interlaken walk, publish to website and this work, skipped dinner due to overfeeding, can't sleep on time, kindle illustration
Had sweet oats for lunch, and spent most of my morning cleaning the place and taking care of the plants. There's some good news and okay news with the plants. The good news is the hydroponics system appears to work very well, specially to assist pothos plants to take root. The okay news is that my 'meh' pothos rooted so much and I might have an oversupply of those garden-variety plants, and not enough of my velvet pothos which hasn't rooted as well. So I took several plants out of the system and planted them on the pots, and in water out in the Sun. The idea is to start giving all plants fertilizers starting next week, though I could have done it earlier as well.
Went to walk to Volunteer-Interlaken park, love the whole vibe and the walk, but I'm getting bored of these same walks. Something I've written at my work journal is whether I should look back into doing 50k steps in a day again, and do it twice a week. It wouldn't be like crazy hard specially if I started at 6 or 7am, it would make me feel great, and other possible nice things would happen too?
Created a few illustrations of the movie in my kindle.
Put out like 5 posts in here, and continued the website work. It's coming up nicely, I really really need to restrain myself from making it a technical 'masterpiece' when all that work won't matter in the end. I can understand why there's such a large conflict between product people and engineers, because what's fun is not useful, and what's useful is not necessarily as much fun.
Skipped dinner because brunch had been massive and quite late, had trouble sleeping because I was probably hungry, but eventually sweet sweet sleep engulfed me. It was a happy, content day, classic for Seattle...
