It's important to make sure most time is accounted for, as in one knows what to do, or how best to use the time, so as not to let it go like a flowing river. More importantly, it makes one understand the luxury of free time, because otherwise when one has the luxury of free time, it's hard to appreciate the great opportunity that is.
The day before yesterday I decided to take an improptu break, reading, writing ,relaxing , sunbathing and drawing. One must give oneself every so often the freedom to explore whatever, learn new skills explore unanticipated skill. The idea is to have a path forward in an interesting direction while still within one's general goals, where possible. It doesn't have to be that though, one can also let lose the restraints on that, and loosen the rein on the horse of one's mind every so often, but that relaxation does make one understand the importance of freedom and the value of creative exploration.
Freedom without restraints goes unappreciated.
