savory oats, kimchi, chilli oil, chickpeas, fried onion, eggs for lunch, walk to volunteer park, I post in the website, not enough walking, cooking an insane amount of food in the afternoon, three dishes in two hours, so much leftover eating ahead for me jeez!
Writing this on Thursday evening. Had savory oats, kimchi, chill oil chickpeas and fried onion with eggs for lunch, walked to volunteer park in the afternoon. Posted a bunch of articles in the website. Didn't walk enough because I figured I'd go to trader joe's or work or somewhere in the evening, but did not, took a nice long nap instead.
Cooked quinoa, eggplant in tomato soup, and 'veggie soup' where the veggie was basically all the greens and other vegetables in the fridge. On the one hand, it's all so healthy and I'm glad I've gotten better at cooking greens and other veggies. But it's so much food, so much veggies, so much texture that sticks between teeth!
