Nothing but writing and pain day, serious talk with confused people at De Matka [Tue 7]

As I write this two weeks later, this was the height of anxiety and uncertainty. I spent the day grumpy and not eating.

Went to De Matka in the evening to meet AK and had a serious conversation about people's lack of clarity and the need to figure s hit out otherwise some people are adversely impacted. She got food poisoning later but I don't think it was De Matka's food.
