Thenthuk for lunch, salad for snacks, walk to work and the park, couple of cups of tea at the office, videochat with friend on walk back, aglio y olio simple dinner, out like a stone deep asleep
Had Thenthuk for lunch, the work was super slow, not much happened.
Only a few hours later I was hungry again and had the bean and veggie salad for snacks. Spent the day working on the website, talking to folks and watching youtube.
Went to the park in the evening, had couple of cups of tea there, and videochatted with a friend on the way back. Made a simple aglio y olio with some cheese, and it was a bit more 'al-dente' than I had hoped, but then I was also the one in rush due to hunger, soo...It was alright, but I need to get more protein going forward.
Chilled for a bit, and then fell into deep slumber without meaning to, despite setting up multiple alarms and timers. It was really good sleep, but unintentional one. Didn't get to do any of the chores or workouts, a bit of a bummer, but one must compromise for the body...
