Soybean sprouts from the Asian store are such a healthy hack!

Here's an easy food hack that I discovered recently. Let's be clear here, when I say I discovered I mean it in the way Columbus discovered the Americas, which is, not really but everyone else is stupid enough so we get the credit. The koreans have been doing it for thousands of years. Eating of the soybean sprouts with rice, I mean, not taking credit for other people's achievements. Though they might be doing that as well, I wouldn't know. To get back to the original point: soybean sprouts at Asian stores are cheap, you get a big bunch for basically nothing, and adding them to your rice dish or noodles or soup adds extra crunch and minerals and vitamins without any particular flavor. Plus fiber too. It's the quickest way to add wet crunch and freshness to one's meals without doing any extra work. Just rinse a big bunch of those a few times so there's no off flavors or anything, and mix it with your food and yum yum yum. The Koreans do it, the Viets do it, and we should too!
