the last of rice, tofu tarkari and sprouts for lunch, much writing, work until late, walk in the park in the cold, sunny evening though, thenthuk dinner, all checklist items done by sleep time
For lunch I finished the last of rice, tofu ko tarkari and sprouts with many different achaars. It was fucking fantastic actually, it might have been due to the extra soy sauce and tahini I added in the end, but I wanted more of everything, just for the flavor and texture of it. No restaurant in Seattle makes me feel that way, to keep wanting more, and for that I'm thankful to the gods who've given me some strange sort of power or ability to fall in love with food of one own's cooking.
Wrote a bunch after work, and worked for significantly longer than the usual due to an interview. Went to the park in the cold, had to return back after just one round because the sun was setting and it got really cold really fast and I was not dressed for the weather. By the end of the day I didn't really get my 10k steps done which is a little unfortunate but I was caught up on this blog and did significant work for the website, so minor wins there. At volunteer park it was so sunny so I tried to warm my body against the impotent sun, without much success.
Had thenthuk for dinner, then wrote a bunch, and then finally did chores and workouts to complete goals for the day. Slept much later than I should have, but one must compromise somewhere, no?
