Workshops might be real, at this point!

I've written in these pages about how I'm working a technical workshop to give to various new software engineers, an 8-hour teaching session with 16-20 hours of extra work. Well I sent the proposal to a bunch of people, and they seem to be on board, so this journey with the workshop might be getting real. My first goal is to do it with the org I'm mentoring for, then with my work, and then put a lot of the materials on my website, as an ad for my services. But first, I need to improve it, test it against new employees, make sure they not just learn a lot from it, but actually become better engineers due to my contribution in their training, and then see how I can make it even better. This is exciting times, this is how I foresee my career moving forward!
