Short note on how quickly politics is progressing

 I wrote a couple of weeks ago how I was telling people to expect literally anything after the elections because America was in a such stitch that literally anything could happen. Without the restraint of institutions or forces to check one's power the goon could do as he wished with nothing to hinder him. If he won. And if he didn't bad things could still happen because he could try fomenting a civil war. Define foment. No you define foment.

In any case, the last couple of days have shown us we don't need to wait for another month for wild crazy things to happen, we're already there. He's on his deathbed two days after initial infection. It's looking increasingly likely that he knew about the situation when he went int the debates, and didn't wear masks. It's not impossible his goal was to infect his opponent, with the hope that he himself would be spared since he had world-class health care at his disposal as the president, but the bidens are still technically civilians so they would perish. It appears that might have backfired. There's so much idiocy and evil around it's hard to actually comprehend if they're intentionally doing bad things or stumbling into them.

And now the fiasco of lies and how they keep lying about everything so much so that nobody believes a thing this administration says about his health situation. The staff are now terrified because they know they can't believe a thing anyone in there says, so they don't know if they're safe or what. It's an awful place and time to work at. Things aren't going well for anybody.

Wonder how this will progress in the coming weeks and months.
