This is a review of Coche valley dessert cafe on Capitol hill in Seattle. I had promised myself to go there after completing 30 essays and well I was at 29 essays but done with the whole situation, so I went anyway. Quick review.
I am in love with one of the servers there, the woman on the counter. She has an amazing sense of style, is super duper nice and is really chill and happy generally? It's a pity because I'm never going to go there again, as their food, while great, is maybe twice in a year event, and not something I would dare consume, not at my age anyway, more often that that, not even if it turned out that the person serving it were to be my 'the one'. It's just not something that's done. Ah well. Hope I see her elsewhere again, might strike up a conversation. Oh and also it turns out she's the owner.
I had the mango and cheesecake crepe and it was yum, not excessively sweet, and the mango was such a relief from the topics in these miserable winter months. Oh it cost me like $14 bucks, which is about what I was expecting from the whole situation, but is still quite expensive.
Highly recommend the place, but maybe don't go too often, can't be too good on the blood sugar level and the gut size...
