Workout helps me sleep better. Workout helps me eat better. Workout helps me think better. Workout makes me more confident. Working out gets me in better shape. Workout makes me think better about myself. Working out gives me the energy to do other things, makes me more productive. Working out inspires me to write more, think more, connect with people, think about my future. It's not magical, they're all related.
