The four fundamental factors of my selfcare

There are three four factors that when I've worked with well and maintained at good levels get me to my good place. When I keep those in check I'm productive friendly healthy sound of mind and body socially and just rocking it. When I don't I feed sad bad mad crappy shitty boooohoohooo. Here they are.

Sleep
Food
Workout
Eyes

Should add structure/discipline, and good hygiene [physical, social, surroundings], as two additional factors. I've written about them elsewhere, will get around to porting them over here eventually. TO 'debug' myself, if I walk through the list of the following six factors I can always figure out what's wrong with me.

Structure+Discipline
Social+Physical Hygine
